Materials: Number Flashcards, Numbers Song
Expected result Students understand and tell the numbers from 1 to 20 as English.
Teacher's support for the child At the beginning of the lesson, teacher spends the first couple of minutes
of class asking to students to tell any English numbers they know. Teacher
showes numbers using flashcards.
Children's activities (planning, tasks, evaluation) Students listen number song and recognize numbers with the
flashcards.Then, teacher gives the number cards and latches.Students
latches the cards according to numbers of the cards.

The methodological materials produced in this project will be distributed on website to make them accessible to the general public all over Europe, giving teachers the opportunity to develop innovative, children-oriented pedagogical approaches to improve the quality of education in the long term.
After the teaching learning seminars, methodological materials will be uploaded there.

Children learn songs, stories, role-plays and creative drama, listening and speaking, learning a foreign language and their native language.
Children will acquire language skills in both their own language and a foreign language.
Four themes and four techniques are determined:
  1. Numbers- Songs
  2. Colours-Stories
  3. Body Parts-Role plays
  4. Family Members-Creative drama

At the end of this activity, 20 words for each theme will be determined and pronounced by children for electronic "Audio Dictionary". Discussions about the teaching techniques and materials.
